Why?
September 22nd 2009 01:51
So Obama was on five different news channels on Sunday trying to push his health care plan, and I just have to ask why? Ever since the first bill was put on the table it has been met with overwhelming opposition, not just by the republicans but by the general public. Thousands of people showed to town hall meetings to tell their representatives that they didn’t want government run health care, millions more protested in Washington the tell Obama that they didn’t want government run health care, so why is Obama continuing to try and convince us that we need his health care plan when so many people have already said that they don’t want it? Why is the President not considering any of the numerous ideas proposed by republicans or anyone else? Why do the democrats want to control health care so badly? Why are people still in support of government run health care when everyone knows how well it works in countries like the U.K. and Canada? I just don’t understand, and I am hoping someone can answer some of these questions for me. Can anyone tell me why everyone in D.C. is wasting time and energy trying to promote something that absolutely no one wants?
