Is Obama a Communist?

I was talking to my dad yesterday, and I started thinking about Obama's 2001 interview on a Chicago public radio station, which can be found here. During this interview, he mentions that, "The Supreme Court never ventured into the issues of redistribution of wealth", to me, that kind of sounds like the beginnings of Communism, and as you all know, you have to start somewhere. Okay, for all of you out there screaming racist right now, let’s just pretend that President Obama is not a Communist for a second, when Obama says that he wants to redistribute wealth, he basically means that he wants to take money away from the people that work hard for it, and give to people that don't want to work for it. I don't know about anyone else, but to me, that is just not cool.
There is something else that Obama said during this interview that has got me thinking about what kind of person Obama might be is, "It didn’t break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the founding fathers in the Constitution". Now I have to say that I actually like the Constitution and the rights that it gives me as a free person, and since our country is based on the Constitution and the fact that every president takes an oath to "preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.", leads me to believe that the Constitution is pretty important. I think that for Obama to claim that the Constitution is a "constraint", as opposed to a document that protects Americans from an out of control government is just plain wrong.
Now I know that it is bold of me to say that Obama is a Communist, and he may or may not be a Communist, and if he is not, he is definitely thinking about it.
